- Background
- Founded in 1871 as Wat Yan Maprang by Phra Muang, Khun Luang In and Khun Luang Wichian, who rallied villagers to build monks' quarters and a hall. It was later renamed Wat Inthrawat and took its present name on 13 November 2009. A Maha Nikaya temple, it last received its consecrated boundary (wisungkhamsima) on 27 February 2004.
