A small website that keeps the Chak Phra festival of Surat Thani open all year round.

Who we are

We are the Ruea Phra team — locals who grew up with the festival. Craftsmen spend months on each temple’s boat, yet it is on show for only a few days. After that, it lives on in memories and phone photos.

So we record it ourselves: a photo of every temple’s boat and 360° images along the whole route, for people who could not come, who live far away, or who are yet to be born.
